Welcome to Cart2Home! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely anywhere in Pakistan. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, and related terms.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
During busy sale seasons or special promotions, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

3. Delivery Time

We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P, and Pakistan Post.
Delivery time depends on your location:

  • For major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Faisalabad, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days.

  • For other cities and towns, it may take 3 to 6 business days.

  • Remote or rural areas may take up to 5 to 8 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of PKR [insert amount] per order.

5. Order Tracking

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most locations in Pakistan.
Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Repeated refusal to accept COD orders without valid reason may result in account suspension or restrictions.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier service to locate your parcel and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. You may be asked to share photos or videos as proof so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

9. International Shipping

At this time, Cart2Home only ships within Pakistan. We are working to introduce international shipping options soon.
